Jim
Jim is a production artist by day, freelance writer and novelist by night living in Atlanta, Georgia. He is old enough to remember when Doritos were brand new and came in only one flavor, but young enough not to be so set in his ways that he won’t try new and exciting snacks, then write about them for the pleasure and edification of a curious and thoughtful public. Jim counts among his favorite words of all time the word ’snack,’ and the way it slides off the tongue, ending in a pleasing CK! Compact yet satisfying, just the way he likes his snacks.
Since Jim’s inception more decades ago than he’d like to admit, he has tried thousands of snacks from A to Z (Apple Chips to Zingers) and strives to objectively report his findings. It’s not enough to say that he and snacks ‘go way back’, because Jim has a vague and misty recollection of enjoying snacks in at least one previous life. He wouldn’t mind returning in the next life as a vending machine, dispensing tasty snacks to the world, or perhaps just a small office.
